Terms & Conditions – Concert Ticket Giveaway

1. Organizer

This giveaway is organized by Scandic Hotels Holding AB, Reg. No. 556723-5725. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by [Instagram].

2. Eligibility

Open to individuals aged 18 or older and a student.

Employees, consultants and similar of Scandic Hotels and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

Tag yourself and a friend you want to go with on the giveaway post.

Only one entry per person is allowed.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

4. Giveaway Period

The giveaway runs from [January 22] 2026 to [February 5] 2026.

Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.

5. Prize

The winner will receive an overnight stay at Scandic Go, Västra Norrlandsgatan 13., in a room for two guests, with a brekkie deal (coffee and sandwich).

The total value of the prize is 808 SEK.

The prize is personal and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

The winner is responsible for all additional costs, such as travel to and from Umeå , and any other personal expenses.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

The winner will be notified via direct message (DM) on Instagram no later than February 6, 2026.

If the winner does not respond or provide required information within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.

7. Personal Data

If you choose to participate in the giveaway, Scandic will process the personal data you provide for the purpose of selecting and contacting the winner and to distribute the prizes.

8. Disclaimer

The winner is responsible for any taxes related to the prize.  

Scandic is not responsible for any damage caused or alleged to have been caused by the participation in the giveaway.
